Hyundai launched a electric crossover SUV called the IONIQ 5. It is the first car to be constructed using Hyundai’s new Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP), which is intended just for electric automobiles. It has a single electric motor with a maximum output of 232 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. With rapid charging, it can reach 80% of its full charge in as little as 18 minutes and has a range of up to 292 miles.
