Kia is up for launching four cars soon Kia is going to make a big move with the launch of a new range of cars in India by the end of this year and beginning of the next year. Keep reading to learn more. 1. Kia Sonet 2024 The five-seater car by Kia, Sonet will soon roll down its facelift in India. It is expected to be launched somewhere near April 2024. However, not much will change in the facelift as most of the specs are expected to be the same as the current version of Sonet. It will constitute a 1-liter turbo petrol engine, with 120PS at 172Nm. The other variant of Sonet will have a 1.2 -liter petrol engine with 83Nm at 115 Nm, also it has a 1.5-liter variant. Kia Sonet 2024 is expected to launch at an ex-showroom price of 8 lakh. 2. Kia Carnival Kia Carnival is expected to have a 2.2-liter diesel engine with a power of 202Ps at 440Nm. Carnival will get a new touch with a bigger infotainment system, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, rotary drive selector, lane keep assist, and much more. Carnival is expected to be launched by April 2024 at an ex-showroom price of Rs.40 lakh. 3. Kia Sportage Kia Sportage first came to India in 2015 and also gained popularity with its facelift version in 2018 and now it is in the fourth generation of updates. However, Sportage is expected to make a late entry into the Indian market and we will update soon about its specs. For now, the date can be estimated to be around the third quarter of 2024 at Rs.25 lakh. 4. Kia EV9 At an ex-showroom price of Rs. 80 lakh, Kia EV9 is expected to launch by April 2025. EV9 is keen on providing a range of 485km on a single charge. The 350 kW battery is estimated to take just 30 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%.
