Prepare and collect all the ingredients as mentioned above.
Now the very thing you have to do is take a glass bowl and add the wheat flour, maida, salt, and enough water to it.
Now add a little to enhance the flavour. And then mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form a thick, flexible dough, then let it aside for a while.
Now take a pan. Add ghee and oil over a medium flame. Then add the cumin seeds to the hot oil and stir-fry them for a short while.
Then, add onions and ginger paste afterward, and sauté for 2 minutes. Sprinkle salt, turmeric, pepper, cumin, garam masala, and cauliflower on top.
For one or two minutes, stir and cook the ingredients. Mash well, then take it out.
The dough and cauliflower mixture should then be combined. until everything is well combined. Make little balls out of the dough by dividing it into parts.
And then make small or medium parathas out of them. You have to carefully give it shape.
Now again, take a pan and heat it over a medium flame. When the pan gets hot, place the parathas on it.
Now cook the parathas on both sides. You might need to brush it with ghee or oil. Ghee would be perfect.
When the paratha is cooked, take it out of the pan.
